We are pleased to welcome to Wayne Newsome to ICC team who join us as new Head of Operations.
Based at our head office, Wayne will oversee all day to day site operations for the entire client base, ensuring all compliance standards are met and that the highest levels of service are maintained.
As the main point of contact for all of our landlords and centre managers, Wayne will also be developing these relationships whilst looking to generate new business to enhance our brand portfolio.
He brings with him over 20 years invaluable retail, customer service and account management experience and is an excellent addition to the ICC family.
