Dear Valued ICC Customer
Our primary consideration is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers. All the decisions we have made, and continue to make, are guided by Public Health England and we have closely aligned ourselves with the latest government advice and guidance.
We know that there is anxiety over Covid-19 and we appreciate the Government's priority in flattening the curve of cases therefore we have continued to introduce stringent health & safety measures whilst your vehicle is under our care.
Our team continue to be stringent around hygiene and daily cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing. All of our site staff have been restocked with nitrile disposable gloves which are to be worn at all times. Our staff are behaving responsibly and in accordance with government led advice, self-isolating when necessary.
Thank you for making ICC a part of your shopping routine and please note that our valeting centres will remain open until such time as we are officially advised to close as part of a wider public health strategy.
